We are a team of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and we provide counselling, psychotherapy to children, teenagers and adults and couples. We also provide an alternative low cost counselling clinic to teenagers 16+ and adults.

In our main clinic we offer counselling, psychotherapy. play therapy and couples therapy for children, teenagers and adults.

We offer an alternative low cost counselling clinic for adults. We can also deliver school and corporate workshops.

We achieve this by working collaboratively as a team of mental health professionals. We believe that every client has different needs and so deserve a different and tailored counselling and psychotherapy approach. Traditional counselling and psychotherapy may focus on a single approach but this does not always suit every client.

Our clinic is based in Wexford Town, Ireland
