About Richard Doyle & Sons Butchers

Richard Doyle & Sons Butchers is a locally owned and family run butcher that has been in business in Wexford Town since 1982.

Sourcing our meat from local farms in County Wexford and having one of only two domestic abattoirs in the county, we pride ourselves on the traceability of the beef and lamb we slaughter, which can be traced from the counter back to the field it was raised in.

We consider ourselves to be a “field to fork” butchers. Our pork and poultry products are all sourced in Ireland. Our sausages, burgers and BBQ products are all homemade on our premises at both 76 South Main Street and 1798 Street.

Our shop in 1798 Street, A Country Foodstore, has been open since June 2008. As well as our butchers on the premises we also provide our customers with fish, fruit & veg, hot breakfasts, lunches and dinners, sandwiches and rolls.

All fresh, everyday. As if that wasn’t enough to get you in the door we also stock fresh breads, cakes, sausage rolls and pies from The Star Bakery, all homemade and delivered daily!
